GAFilk Registration

Use of Your Information

GAFilk only uses registration information for badge printing, mailing songbooks and badges, and reaching out to attendees via email for things like lost and found and other con business. We do not share or sell any attendee information.

Registration Rollovers

GAFilk does not rollover registrations, banquet tickets, or songbook purchases for any reason. If you register and end up not attending, you forefit your registration.

If you cannot attend and you have purchased a physical songbook, we will mail it to you after the convention if we have your address on file and a way to contact you.

Registration Transfers

If you know you cannot attend after registration and you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, contact harry@gafilk.org with the following information:

• Your name and email
• The new registrant's name, email, and address
• What you are transferring

Transfers cannot be accepted after the 1st of the year to allow time for badge printing!

Attendee's List

The list of attendees will soon update automatically. If you do not wish your name to be listed in the attendee's list, check the do not publish box on the page when you register. If you are registering in-person at the convention, let the registrar know if you wish to not be listed.

If you see your name in the list and wish to be removed, email harry@gafilk.org with your full name and your request.
